How does MALTESSA ship the goods sold?

We will ship your order either via DPD or DHL. As soon as a parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. With the shipment number included in the email, you can track your shipment at all times. Goods that have been ordered and verified as paid before twelve noon usually leave our premises on the same day.

Goods on stock are usually delivered within two days. Obviously, goods that have to be ordered in may take longer to arrive. Please refer to the product page for information about how long it will take for the product to be delivered.

Own goods import

As a customer, you also benefit in numerous ways from our many years of experience in the area of importing own goods. You also profit directly, particularly from cheaper sourcing prices. Especially in the e-commerce and marketplace segments, retailers are often exposed to fierce price pressure. This can only be overcome, for one thing, with a wide range of products, numerous new products and, above all, their own products, brands and bundles, but also through sourcing without intermediates, preferably directly from the manufacturer.

Thanks to our own warehouse, we are flexible and always in a position to find even unusual solutions for prompt delivery at short notice, ensuring the goods will then actually also be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Own warehouse

Luckily, we were able to develop a further site last year that has considerably expanded our present warehouse capacities. This allows us to purchase and stock even larger volumes in order to offer you even more attractive prices.

We have also been able to convince many manufacturers to dispatch goods to you directly on our behalf. This accelerates the processes as well as the speed of delivery.

Furthermore, we have managed to gain a strong partner specifically for international deliveries! This partner ships our goods abroad directly and also directly dispatches orders to customers from there, which again results in a considerable acceleration of the delivery speed.

We are continuously implementing further automation processes and procedural optimisations that benefit our employees and therefore also you as our customer.

Thanks to the constant further development of our EDP area over the past few years, we have managed to achieve considerable improvements in both the shipping and office area.

Today, we can proudly say that all of the employees who worked for us when the company was founded continue to do so.

Your data

Now that the General Data Protection Regulations have been tightened even further, we have become even more aware of this issue and have decided to store all customer data exclusively in Germany-based data processing centres. Thanks to the guaranteed high quality standards in Germany, customers can rest assured that their data is stored in the safest-possible location – safer than at a branch site where data security may repeatedly be compromised by hacker attacks or similar difficulties.

We do not intend to expose our customers to such vulnerability. We have also raised our employees' awareness of this issue and given them specific training with regard to the handling of customer data.
